The mission of the Freedom Heroes of Naperville is to recognize and honor our community's veterans and active military by identifying and chronicling their service and military experience through this website, freedomheroesofnaperville.org. This website is for the education of our community, documenting our heroes so we never forget their dedication and service for freedom. These personal stories will help to keep freedom alive.

Who is a hero? A hero is a family member, friend or acquaintance who has served in the military and has a connection to Naperville. It is important for our future generations to know that freedom is not free. Most youth today do not know anyone who is currently in the armed servces. By telling heroe's stories we will be creating real heroes in our children's minds and a lasting legacy. To be eligible to submit information the hero or the person completing the form must be or have been a resident of School District 203 or 204.
